Our biltong is made with 100% Premium Imported Free Range Meat, marinated in a blend of spices and vinegar and then slow-dried as a Whole Slab to create a deliciously savoury flavour and keep all Nutrients and protein and Minerals inside. With no artificial preservatives, our biltong is a healthy and delicious snack that can be enjoyed anywhere in Wet Mediumn or Dry and from Lean to Extra fat as Optionns when we Slice it for you.
